myweb.bnin.net Instant Publisher supports multiple sites, where each site can have multiple pages. The software automatically manages the "navigation system" for you. You just create new pages, name them, decide what the URL's should be, and the menu bar / navigation system takes care of itself automatically. Each template has a different way of displaying the menus but all of it is automatic and easy. In the screen shot below you see several Pages in the Instant Publisher application, and the web site visible in Internet Explorer. You can see the Home, Technology, Products, and Blog pages on the left, with the full page titles showing on top, and the URL names (navigation) below. For the Technology page, as an example, the Site Name is "five_across", and the Page Name is Technology, while the Page Title is "Our Technology". Creating New Pages When you create a new page, Instant Publisher copies the Site Name and Layout (template) to the new page from the currently selected page. It also makes a unique name for the page, like "page 2", which you can change while creating the page, or later with the Rename Page menu choice. In this picture we are creating the page "Company Blog" which is visible in the site above as well.
Renaming Pages and Changing URL's Use the Rename Page menu item to change either the page title or the URL of the page. Please note that changing the URL will cause old bookmarks to no longer reference the page (if you or someone else has a bookmark to the page). TIP: This can lead to some confusion if you're using "Refresh" in the browser to see changes you've made in Instant Publisher, because the Refresh will not find the page if you change the URL to something different.
